Beginners Courses

If you’d prefer to undertake one of our courses, our Begin//Foundation and Begin//Express courses are the perfect introduction to your Yoga practice.

During our courses you will study the building blocks of a yoga practice which you can continue to build upon in our studio classes. You will learn key Yoga postures and the fundamentals of Yoga such as the importance of breath and alignment. You will also be introduced to some basic Yoga philosophy and meditation techniques.
