One to one yoga lessons are a focused way of learning yoga and is the traditional way that yoga is taught in India rather than in group classes.

One to one sessions can be used as a gentle introduction to help beginners on their yoga journey, or perhaps you might have an injury or health issue and you would like to take yoga completely at your own pace with professional guidance.

One to ones take place either at the Yoga Kula studio or as a LIVE class via Zoom if you prefer to be in your own home.



£50 for 60 mins tuition

We can arrange a session for up to 5 students, at an additional charge of £5 extra per person.
