Yoga Kula Restorative + Nidra classes offer students much needed time for stillness and relaxation and the opportunity to rest deeply.

In these restful, relaxing Restorative + Nidra classes, you will be skillfully guided to a place where the physical body can let go completely and the mind is encouraged to follow. A place where the body and mind can heal and rejuvenate.

Each week will follow a different theme in the form of restorative flow, carefully crafted sequences of restorative yoga poses, deeply held and supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps and ending with yoga nidra to calm and soothe. This will incorporate hypnotherapy techniques, which is shown to help with stress, anxiety disorders and insomnia.

Restorative yoga is perfect for those who are recovering from injury or illness, stress and anxiety, sleep problems or to just simply relax. It can also balance and compliment more active styles of yoga. It is the ultimate “me time” 75 minutes of deep relaxations and healing.
