Pregnancy Yoga is a fabulous form of exercise for mums-to-be that comes highly recommended by medical professionals.

Pregnancy Yoga classes help to prepare and support the body and mind for the many physical and emotional changes that can be expected through pregnancy, labour and beyond into motherhood, helping you to develop inner confidence and strength physically and emotionally as you prepare to be a mum.

In these classes we work with varied yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques designed specifically for Pregnancy. The physical practice helps to promote inner strength and balance whilst maintaining openness and flexibility. The breathing practices help to develop an awareness of the power of your breath and the connection between your body and your baby. Meditation, visualisation, relaxation and sound techniques help to relax and ground you soothing away anxieties or fear.

Pregnancy yoga classes give you the chance to practice with other mums-to-be in an informal and supportive environment providing a safe space to share your thoughts and fears.

Please note: we recommend that wait until you are 14 weeks before attending these classes.
