New Classes at Kula

Our classes at Kula are very popular, so if possible please book your space ahead of the class once you know you are able to attend (please don’t forget about our class cancellation policy if you are booking in advance).

We have listened to our wonderful and dedicated students and due to class popularity, we are putting more classes and pop-up classes onto the timetable each week to provide you with a wide variety of styles, at different times across the week and weekend.

New Classes

  • Friday 8:45am-9:45am Hatha Level 1 with Liz Wood (60 minutes) launching Friday 4th May
  • Saturday 8am-9am Ashtanga Level 1 with Claire Dambawina (60 minutes) launching in May, date TBC
  • Sunday 8am-9am Hot Vinyasa Flow currently covered by Julia (60 minutes) and will be taken by Issy from Sunday, May 6th when she resumes her regular classes.
  • Sunday 11am-12pm Yin with Julia (60 minutes)
