My Classes 

I teach from the heart to inspire and encourage people to practice what feels good, and I feel passionate about sharing the positive benefits that yoga can bring to all. My Hatha Flow + Vinyasa Flow classes are welcoming, energising and relaxing. I love using music, mudra, and breath to help guide and ease students into the flow of a class. Through my teaching, I hope to be able to bring some breathing space, share some calm, and contribute in a small way to relieving life’s everyday stresses. I believe that life is made more delicious with adventure and laughter, a mantra I carry into my teaching. 

My Yoga Journey

I rediscovered my love of yoga and began a regular practice following the birth of my third child.  Something ‘clicked’ and I realised the transformative benefits yoga can bring to body and mind when juggling the everyday demands of work, children and family life. 

My Credentials

I began to deepen my practice through workshops and intensive courses, completing a 40-hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Kids yoga teacher training in 2018, followed by my 250-hour Yoga Kula Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training in June 2019. In December 2019 I travelled to Goa, India to complete a 100 hour Yoga Alliance accredited Meditation and Ayurvedic training course.
