Hatha Flow

Have you always wanted to give yoga a go? Or maybe you have just completed one of our Beginners Courses and are ready to continue to grow and develop your yoga practice and are wanting to try out the wide range of sessions we have available on the Kula timetable.

Hatha Flow is for you! In this class, we focus on and practice classical Hatha postures, which are the foundation of many other practices. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to yoga, or simply looking to refine your practice. You will be expertly guided through the class and offered the opportunity for continuous progression.

There is plenty of time to explore the postures through skillful instruction and demonstation as we begin to flow, from one pose to the next. Never rushing, and always creating space to connect with our foundation, focus on alignment and synchronise our breath with our movement.

This class is taught by Liz Hurd whose compassionate, kind, and thoughtful approach allows you to practice at your own pace. Encouraging you to listen to your body and use your breath to help guide and ease into the flow of the class.

Expect a class which strengthens and stretches both your mind and body, Liz teaches you how to bring a balance between the two.
