My Classes

All my classes have the intention that you leave with a little more peace than you arrived with. I try to assist in deepening inner connection, bringing calm to the mind and body.

My teaching style is gentle, slow and tends to be meditative. I like to focus on breathing and really slowing down so we can perfectly synchronise movement and breath. Mantra is also a huge part of my personal practice so I like to add some where I can when I’m teaching.

I also hold regular Gong baths, the Gong is an ancient healing tool working on the subtle energies and always delivers varied and amazing experiences.

My Yoga Journey

I’ve always had a keen interest in sport and fitness and discovered yoga when suffering from lower back issues and looking for something to improve flexibility for snowboarding.

Over the last 15 years my practice has slowly but surely become more of a holistic lifestyle. I enjoy practicing a broad range of yoga from Kundalini and Meditation to Hot yoga and Ashtanga, and I have a particular passion for mantra-based meditation and kirtan music. I also have an interest in yogic history and philosophy.

I didn’t really set out to become a yoga teacher at first but the transformation and positive effect that yoga has had on all aspects of my life has compelled me to share the magic!

My Credentials

I first trained in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan on a 220 hours course (Level 1 KRI accredited) with I-Sky in 2017. I then completed Yoga Kula’s first Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited teacher training course in 2019.

I continue to expand my experience by attending workshops, meditation courses and reading and my interest is turning towards kirtan and sound healing.
