Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If a studio class is cancelled 5 hours or more before the class is due to start you will receive a refund to your Yoga Kula account.
  • If a studio class is cancelled with less than 5 hours notice before the class is due to start, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided you will receive a refund to your Yoga Kula account.
  • If you are unable to enter the studio due to exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 such as a temperative you will be unable to attend the class. You will receive a refund back to your Yoga Kula account for the class you purchased.
  • YK Live classes cancelled 1 hour or more before the class is due to start your class will be credited to your Yoga Kula account.
  • If a YK Live class is cancelled 1 hour or less before the class is due to start, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided you will receive a refund to your Yoga Kula account.
  • Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 5% admin fee.
  • 5 Class Pass is valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • 10 Class Pass is valid for 16 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • New to Kula 4 Class Pass is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
  • Class Passes can only be extended/refunded with a note from a medical practitioner. Any requests must be emailed to info@yogakulaleeds.co.uk – we are unable to extend class passes for any other reason.
  • Class passes purchased prior to COVID-19 lockdown will not be extended past 1st September 2020.
  • We do not extend class passes for any force majeure event, which includes anything related to COVID-19, as this is outside of our control. If you wish to use your studio class pass during a lockdown you can access our online classes. If you need help getting set up to practice online get in touch with us directly.
  • If you have an Online Unlimited Pass or a Yoga Kula Membership on an autopay schedule you will need give 30 days notice in order to make a cancellation. Once purchased there are no refunds or transfers to other passes. 
  • If workshops cannot run at the studio due to a Force Majeure (something out of our control) they will run online and no refunds will be made. If we have to cancel the workshops for any reason a refund will be made to your Yoga Kula account for use at a future date. 
  • Our studio is open through the majority of the year apart from a short break over Christmas and New Year – we do not extend any passes while we are closed.
  • Drop-in classes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Once a Class Pass is purchased it can not be transferred for use on any other Yoga Kula product or service or refunded.

All Courses

  • If cancelled with more than 14 days notice before the course is due to start, we can refund the course fee to your Yoga Kula account.
  • Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 5% admin fee.
  • If cancelled outside of the 14 day notice period prior to the course starting, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.

Workshops

  • If cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, we can refund your Yoga Kula account.
  • If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 5% admin fee.

Immersions

  • If cancelled with more than 28 days notice before the immersion is due to start, we can refund the immersion fee to your Yoga Kula account minus the deposit amount of £150.
  • Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 5% admin fee and the £150 deposit.
  • If cancelled outside of the 28 day notice period prior to the immersion starting, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. The £150 deposit cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • If you have opted to pay via a pre-agreed payment plan and you need to cancel your place on the immersion at any time the deposit paid is non-refundable. Your payment plan payments are refundable minus a 5% admin fee if you cancel your place 28 days before the immersion is due to start. If you cancel your place outside of the 28 day notice period we are unable to refund your payments unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
