A message from Angela Sykes
Firstly, I want to take this opportunity to express my personal heartfelt thanks for your loyalty, support and words of encouragement over the last challenging 6 months. Our Kula community has grown stronger, more united and more resilient and I feel inspired to bring even more healing yoga to you through classes both studio and online, pop-ups and workshops in the weeks and months ahead. I think we all need it!
Government Guidelines
I wanted to reassure you that we are keeping up to date with the UK Government’s latest changes and updates to the Covid-19 guidelines which were issued on Wednesday 9th September and that Yoga Kula is permitted to remain open for yoga classes as normal.
Here is a reminder of the safety procedures we have in place
- Temperature checks on arrival.
- Marked mat spaces.
- Instruction to bring your own props where possible to minimise sharing.
- Props are available to borrow with a cleaning routine adhered to after use (please bring a hand towel to handle soft props such as bolsters and blankets)
- All Yoga Kula staff wear masks.
- Hand sanitiser is available before you come in to the studio and throughout our studio – please use regularly.
- Face masks to be worn by students at all times, apart from when on your yoga mat.
- Please arrive dressed for your class.
- Please keep socks on at all times, until you reach your mat and then you can take them off
- Screens between mats for an extra layer of protection.
- UV air filters in place to keep the air clean and a well ventilated studio.
